Paul Riche

Paul Riche, LSSBB, currently serves as Maintenance Superintendent at The Mosaic Company since March 2013, overseeing EHS, maintenance, and reliability initiatives across multiple departments while managing a diverse team of 35 reports. Responsibilities include leading 90+ site initiatives as Transformation Lead, contributing significantly to reliability improvements and safety metrics as Senior Reliability Engineer, and coordinating large-scale maintenance projects as Maintenance Project Coordinator. Paul’s background in engineering began with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida, complemented by an Associate of Arts in Engineering from Hillsborough Community College. Prior experience includes an engineering internship with Hillsborough County Public Utilities and service as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.
