Thai Uc Loc Tran has worked in various roles since 2000. Thai, Uc Loc was the Founder of Hanam Group in 2000, Director of Hanam Carbon in 2008, Head of Department at the Institute of Resources and Environmental Technology in 2012, Director of Tran vastgoedbeheer in 2000, General Manager (Vietnam) of Lantec Environmental in 2019, and Head of International Department at the Vietnam Federation of UNESCO Associations in 2016. In 2020, they became the Founder of VMT Ventures, a financial/brokerage services company specializing in margin trading, bot developments, and automated trading. In 2021, they took on the role of Solutions Director at HTGSOFT INC, Director of Partnerships at louyco ltd, and Co-Founder of The Mombello Initiative.

Thai Uc Loc Tran has a long education history. From 1990 to 1996, they attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and obtained an M.Sc in Econometrics. From 1984 to 1990, they attended CSG emmeloord and obtained a VWO. Thai, Uc Loc also obtained a Master of Science - MS in Business Econometrics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam).
