Aimee Mansfield

Aimee is the Head of Customer, Product & Partnerships at HTHA and was a member of the team to establish the new company, having previously held the role as Senior Product Manager at RACV. Aimee first joined RACV in 2017 and today, leads product at HTHA with responsibility for the definition and delivery of HTHA’s product vision and roadmap. Aimee also oversees HTHA’s national Home Security business with a team based in both Victoria and NSW.

With over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry in Australia, the UK and Europe, Aimee’s experience is around leading teams in Product, Digital, Sales and Marketing, Business Development and Customer Experience. Aimee is adept at driving mutually profitable outcomes for the business and external partners.

Aimee holds a Bachelor of Business, Double Major in Marketing & Human Resources Management. Aimee has also completed an Executive Education program – Negotiation Mastery at Harvard Business School.
