Justin Bowser has extensive experience in the technology industry, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at HTK since April 1999. Justin is also the Head of Online Business and Director of Public Sector at HTK, overseeing sales into the SMB market and leading strategies for UK and international public sector organizations. Prior to their time at HTK, Justin held various roles at BT from 1987 to 1999, focusing on medium-scale systems integration. Justin holds a First degree in Cognitive Science from The University of Sheffield, graduating in 1994 after attending Farlingaye High School from 1984 to 1987.
