Konrad Wójtowicz

Konrad Wójtowicz has a diverse work experience. Konrad is currently working as a New Product Development and Innovation Manager at HTL-STREFA S.A. since December 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Chairman of the Board at TESolutions Sp. z o.o. starting in April 2013. Konrad also worked as the R&D Director at Metrum CryoFlex from December 2014 to December 2019. Before that, they served as the Energy Efficiency and Innovation Manager at FBSerwis S.A. from April 2013 to December 2014. Additionally, they have experience as a Technical Manager at Bricks&Bits Sp. z o.o. where they were involved in implementing energy efficiency solutions for industrial refrigeration systems from March 2011 to April 2013. Konrad started their career at Metrum CryoFlex as a Cryogenic Devices Design Engineer where they worked on designing various cryotherapy chambers and refrigeration units from September 2006 to May 2010.

Konrad Wójtowicz's education history includes multiple degrees and postgraduate studies. Konrad started their education at the Warsaw University of Technology in 2000, earning an Engineer's degree in Mechanics and Machine Design in 2006. In the same year, they also spent some time at Universidade de Vigo. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mechanics and Machine Design at the Warsaw University of Technology from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, they attended SGH Warsaw School of Economics for postgraduate studies in Project Management for one year. Later, in 2017, they enrolled in Kozminski University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on MBA dla inżynierów, which they completed in 2019.
