Design and Product Development

The Design and Product Development team at HTL-Strefa is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative medical devices such as safety lancets, personal lancets, and pen needles for insulin injection. This team ensures that products adhere to ergonomic, simple, and reliable design principles while continuously improving and adapting to the evolving needs of patients and healthcare professionals. Tasks include product ideation, engineering design, mold creation, packaging and labeling, as well as project management to bring new products from concept to market.
