Karen Bosch

Karen Bosch, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources management, having served in various leadership roles across multiple companies. They were the HR Manager for Imtech Nederland from 2011 to 2014, managing operational HR processes and leading department reorganizations. Additionally, they held positions such as HR Manager at Heerema Marine Contractors and Smit International, and HR Director at Imtech Industrial Services. Currently, they serve on the Raad van Toezicht for Stichting Confessioneel Onderwijs Leiden while they have previously worked as COO at HTM Personenvervoer N.V. They earned an MBA from Business School Nederland and a Bachelor's in Human Resources from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
