Vadim Gelman

Vadim Gelman is a seasoned Power Distribution Engineer currently with HTS Innovative Heating Solutions since September 2023, having previously held the same role at BrandSafway from March 2022 to December 2023. Prior to this, Vadim served as a Project Manager at Richard Industrial Group from October 2019 to May 2022 and as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer at Thermon Manufacturing Company from October 2014 to October 2019, specializing in the oil and gas sector. Vadim's career commenced in electrical engineering at Pentair Thermal Management from February 1994 to October 2014, with earlier experience as a field supervisor at Tracer/Tyco thermal controls. Vadim holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Kiev Politechnical College in Kiev, Ukraine.
