Arlene Harris

Arlene Harris has extensive experience in customer service and retail management, currently serving as a Package Handler/Customer Representative at FedEx since October 2016, where responsibilities include scheduling pick-ups, tracing shipments, and resolving issues. Concurrently, Arlene holds the position of Retail Operations Manager at Premier Exhibitions, Inc. Previous roles include Lead Cashier/Sales Associate at the American Museum of Natural History, where Arlene demonstrated mastery of the register system and handled special transactions, and Account Executive/Project Coordinator at Attles & Associates. Additionally, Arlene was an Assistant Manager at Equinox. Arlene holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Design and an Associate’s Degree in Fine and Studio Arts from City Tech, CUNY.
