Han Zhang

Han Zhang is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in investment banking and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as an International Investment Banking Associate at Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. since May 2019, Han has previously held the position of M&A Associate at China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. from October 2016 to May 2019. Han's career also includes significant roles at PwC, where progression from Associate to Senior Associate occurred between October 2014 and September 2016. Earlier experience includes a Real Estate Internship at ERG Property Advisors and internships at DBS Bank and New York University. Han holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, both from NYU Stern School of Business.
