Kevin Luo

Kevin Luo is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Managing Director at Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. since March 2020, Kevin previously co-founded and was the CTO of FinoGeeks, a fintech startup focused on financial SaaS and CPaaS solutions. Prior roles include Senior Solutions Manager at Ping An Securities Company, where Kevin led the development of China's first real-time fixed income eTrading platform, and Principal/Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where Kevin managed a global technology team for a critical eTrading platform. Kevin's career began at Morgan Stanley, developing advanced trading systems. Kevin holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The City College of New York.
