Jason Wong

Jason Wong is a seasoned HR professional with over 17 years of experience, currently serving as a Senior HR Manager at 华为 since January 2011. In this role, Jason leads the HRBP team to align HR solutions with business strategies and translate corporate HR strategies into actionable plans. Prior to this, Jason held leadership positions in strategic recruitment and management, as well as social recruitment delivery and human budget management. Earlier in the career, Jason worked at Hisense Group as an HR Manager, focusing on social and campus recruitment, talent management, and training. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ocean University of China, obtained in 2006.
