Tal Horowitz

Tal Horowitz is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in computing architecture and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as the CTO at Huawei Technologies since March 2014, Tal Horowitz focuses on developing high-performance machine learning processors and ultra-low latency cloud frameworks for AI and 5G applications. Additionally, Tal Horowitz is the founder and owner of YourMove, a gamification platform that enhances communication in organizational processes, and operates TheThirdSector, which provides online tools for non-profit organizations. Previous experience includes founding Commex Technologies, a VLSI company, and significant roles at Intel Corporation, where Tal Horowitz co-founded and led key product groups, contributing to innovative solutions in wireless communication and microprocessor validation.
