Gang Xu

Gang Xu serves as the VP and GM of Overseas Business at 华新水泥股份有限公司 since April 2016, and previously held multiple leadership roles at Lafarge from July 2000 to April 2016, including Sales Director for the Yunnan Business Unit and Commercial Director for the Chongqing Business Unit. With expertise in business strategy, project management, and operations optimization, Gang Xu led significant initiatives that resulted in a total investment of 4 billion RMB across four Greenfield projects and achieved cost savings through network optimization. Gang Xu holds an MBA from Tsinghua University and dual bachelor's degrees in Corporate Finance from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Safety Engineering from the China University of Geosciences.
