Liu Fengshan

Born in November 1965, Master of Public Relations from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. In July 1987, he graduated from Kunming Institute of Technology, majoring in mineral processing, with a bachelor's degree in engineering. From 1987 to August 1998, successively served as technician, workshop director, deputy mine manager, mine manager and party secretary of Chimashan Mine of Daye Nonferrous Metals Company; from August 1998 to August 1999, served as Daye Nonferrous Metals Company Mine Manager and Secretary of the Party Committee of Tonglushan Mine; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of Daye Nonferrous Metals Company from August 1999 to January 2002; Deputy Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of Huangshi City from January 2002 to April 2004; From April 2004 to October 2006, he served as deputy secretary and mayor of Daye Municipal Committee; from October 2006 to November 2006, he served as deputy secretary general of Huangshi Municipal Committee; from November 2006 to September 2011, he served as Huangshi City Director of Civil Affairs Bureau and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group; since September 2011, he has served as Chairman and General Manager of Huaxin Group Co., Ltd., and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Huaxin Group Co., Ltd. and Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd.
