Ye Jiaxing

Born in August 1981 , Bachelor of Laws from Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Master of Business Administration from China University of Political Science and Law. Started work in 2005 , main work experience: Legal Specialist of Shougang Group Mining Investment Company, Legal Manager and Office Director of Shougang Group Shougang Mining Investment Company Philippines Company, Head of Investment Legal Department of Shougang Group Mining Investment Company, Capital Operation Department of Aluminum Corporation of China Operations Manager, General Manager of Legal Department of China Huaxin Post and Telecommunications Economic Development Center, General Manager of Legal Center of Lianjia Group (Beijing). Since May 2017 , he has successively served as the legal director of the company, the person in charge of legal compliance and securities investor relations business, and the secretary of the company's youth league committee. From August 2019 to April 2021 , he served as the Assistant Vice President of the Company. From April 2021 , he will serve as the Vice President and Secretary of the Board of the Company.
