Prior to this role, Francesca held positions at Aion Bank as both Procurement & Outsourcing Manager and Marketing & Communication Manager from October 2019 to November 2021. Francesca's previous experience includes Marketing & Communication Manager and Executive Assistant & Events positions at Banca Monte Paschi Belgio from January 2012 to October 2019. Earlier career stages included a Marketing Internship at Leeds Metropolitan University and an Office Assistant role at WWF (European Policy Office). Francesca holds a post-graduate degree in Marketing and Communication from Ichec Brussels Management School, a Master's degree in Interpreting from Haute Ecole de Bruxelles, and a Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from SSLMIT Scuola Superiore di Lingue Moderne per Interpreti e Traduttori, Università di Trieste.
