Luke Auffenberg is a versatile professional with a background in education, customer success, and communications. Currently serving as a Bike Education Instructor at HUB Cycling, Luke teaches bike safety to students in grades 3-7 across Metro Vancouver. Concurrently, Luke tutors students from K-12 in French, English, and math at Oxford Learning Centres Inc. Prior experience includes a role in customer success at CoPilot AI, where the company received recognition as one of Canada's Fastest-Growing Companies, and serving as Communications Specialist for Breen Ouellette's campaign in the 2021 Canadian federal election. Luke's foundational experience includes guest services at McGill University, leadership in McGill Students' Nightline, and various roles in customer service and delivery. Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts in English - Cultural Studies from McGill University and a Certificate in Translation from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
