Matt Fletchall

Matthew Fletchall is Executive Vice President, Final Mile. Prior to his role at Hub Group, he was President and Chief Financial Officer for NSD, a leading last mile logistics company where he was responsible for setting strategic direction and vision, cultivating a positive customer-centric culture, and driving stakeholder value. NSD was acquired by Hub Group in December 2020.

Prior to NSD, Matthew was with Archway, a leading marketing logistics, fulfillment services and supply chain management solutions company. As Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development, he was responsible for driving growth and value through acquisition and integration.

Matthew received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Virginia Tech.
