Mark Whitwell

Mark Whitwell has extensive experience in the real estate industry, spanning over multiple high-profile companies. Mark currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at Hub Group. Previously, they held the position of Head of Real Estate at CHEP. Prior to that, they worked at Service King Collision Repair Centers as the Associate Vice President of Real Estate, where they managed organic growth and nationwide real estate portfolio management. Mark has also worked at Bridgestone Americas in various roles, including Director of Real Estate Portfolio and Director of Real Estate Assets & Development. Earlier in their career, they held positions at HD Supply, Advantis Real Estate Services Company, Ryon & Associates, Inc., Cushman & Wakefield, and Bank of America. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated expertise in strategic market planning, site selection, lease negotiation, portfolio optimization, and real estate analysis.

Mark Whitwell earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Fort Hays State University. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Licensed Real Estate Broker from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in March 1998.
