Ryan Gaughan

Ryan Gaughan has extensive work experience in procurement and strategic sourcing. Ryan currently holds the position of Vice President Procurement at Hub Group since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Walgreens Boots Alliance as Sr. Manager in Global Procurement from October 2019 to April 2022. Before that, they were a Manager in Strategic Procurement at Advocate Aurora Health from October 2017 to October 2019. Ryan also worked at Stericycle as a Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst specializing in operational efficiency and cost reduction from June 2011 to October 2017.

Ryan Gaughan has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from St. Norbert College. Ryan is also pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Project Management Institute, expected to be obtained in the year 2023.
