Amy Lugar

Amy Lugar, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as SVP of People Strategy at HUB International, a role held since December 2011, with previous positions including Regional Vice President of Human Resources and HR Director for the Southeast. Prior experience includes HR Manager and various HR roles at Labinal from July 2008 to December 2011, as well as an Organizational Development Project Officer at Charleston County Government from September 2004 to June 2008. Amy’s career began as an HR Coordinator at Kiawah Island Golf Resort and an HR Intern at Covista Communications in 2002. Amy holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Winthrop University. Education also includes graduation from Summerville High School in 1997.
