JD Bouffard has extensive experience in the insurance and training sectors, currently serving as AVP of Learning and Change at HUB International since December 2019. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Learning Operations and Operations Training Delivery Manager at HUB Private Client. At Nationwide Private Client, JD was recruited to establish the Learning and Development program, creating a comprehensive curriculum for new hires.
