Jennifer Christiansen possesses over a decade of experience in the employee benefits sector, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Employee Benefits Practice Leader for Central and Northern California at Hub International since December 2010. In this role, Jennifer leads a team of insurance professionals to deliver tailored Employee Benefits Programs to a diverse range of employers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely completion of projects. Prior to this, Jennifer held multiple leadership positions at Byars Thompson Buchanan Insurance & Financial Services, Inc., where responsibilities included managing overall operations and human resources, as well as providing training and guidance to staff and managers.
