Mary Therese Hosty

Mary Therese Hosty currently serves as the Senior Marketing Manager for HUB International, focusing on HUB Brand initiatives since April 2024. Previously, Hosty held the position of National Financial Services Marketing Manager at RSM US LLP, where responsibilities included driving growth for a $645 million financial services practice and collaborating with national practice leaders on strategic marketing initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at Ziegler as Assistant Vice President and Marketing Specialist, and at Tribune Broadcasting as Senior Marketing Associate, where Hosty developed integrated marketing strategies. Hosty began a career in marketing and public relations with internships at Caffeine Communications and AKA MEDIA INC., and holds a Master’s Degree in Communication Design from Harrington College of Design along with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Marketing from Marquette University.
