Nicole Floyd

Nicole Floyd, CPA, SPHR, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee benefits consulting and management. Currently serving as Regional Executive Vice President, Employee Benefits Sales Leader at HUB International since September 2015, Floyd has played critical roles such as Senior Vice President and Regional VP of Sales, focusing on designing effective employee benefit programs and leading sales initiatives across multiple states. Floyd's entrepreneurial spirit is also evident through ownership of Warlock Stables, a Thoroughbred breeding and racing operation, and Lolo Boutique, a women's clothing store. Previous experience includes consulting roles at EMSPRING CORPORATION and a finance and management professional consultancy, along with leadership positions in DigiDeal Corporation as CFO and WSCPA as Director of Finance & Administration. Floyd holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Marketing from the UW Foster School of Business.
