Helen Bachir-MPA has worked in various roles over the past 17 years. In 2002, they were a Graduate Research Assistant to the Public Administration Professor at American University of Beirut. In 2005, they began working at ALDAR as a Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability Executive and Executive Assistant to the Chief Administration Officer. In 2011, they moved to the U.S. Department of State as an Economic Specialist/Grants Program Administrator. In 2013, they began working at Oxy as a Lead of Public Affairs and Corporate Social Responsibility. In 2016, they moved to Mubadala as a Human Resource Executive for Aabar Investments. Finally, in 2019, they began working at Hub71 as a Special Projects/Operations Manager.

Helen Bachir-MPA is currently pursuing a degree from Cambridge Judge Business School, which they expect to complete in 2022. Previously, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Public Administration and Social Service Professions from the American University of Beirut in 2004. Helen also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Studies & Public Administration from the same university in 2002. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMO) certification from the Project Management Training Institute (PMTI) in an unknown year. In 2011, they attended a Corporate Social Responsibility Workshop at Knowledge Horizon. In 2006, they completed an Essentials of Human Resources Management course at SHRM, and in 2004, they attended a Change Management course at Qatar University.
