Mona Alhashmi

Mona Alhashmi has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Mona started their career at Dolphin Energy in 2012 as an Economic Analyst, where they worked until 2015. Following this, they joined twofour54 and served as a Senior Market Analyst from 2015 to 2017. In 2019, Mona joined Ma'an Abu Dhabi, where they held various positions, including Senior Specialist in the Acceleration Program from 2019 to 2021, Acting Incubator Chief from 2021 to 2021, Incubator Chief from 2021 to 2023, and Acting Director of the Social Entrepreneurship Division from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Mona works at Hub71 as a Program Lead in Growth & Strategy, starting in 2023.

Mona Alhashmi completed their Master of Business degree with a specialization in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and Marketing from The University of Queensland between the years 2017 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Economics from Penn State University from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their academic qualifications, Mona also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in March 2021.
