Michal Kelly-Gutmacher is currently serving as the City Architect and Head of the Planning Department at The Municipality of Raanana, a position held since 2020. Prior to this role, Michal was a Senior Urban Planner and Project Manager at Lerman Architects and Town Planners Ltd. from 2017 to 2020, contributing to significant projects such as the National Master Plan for Healthcare Institutions (TAMA 49). Additional experience includes working as an Architect for Gal Nauer Architects (2011-2012) and Adam Mazor – Eli First, Architects & City Planners (2008-2010), where Michal participated in various urban planning and architectural projects, including extensive regional master plans in Tel Aviv and Kiryat Gat. Michal began the professional journey as an Architect at Lerman Architects & Town Planners from 2003 to 2007, focusing on national and regional master plans. Michal holds degrees from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and Bar-Ilan University.
