Raye Blair

Raye Blair is an experienced attorney currently serving in the Injunction For Protection Project at Hubbard House, Inc. since May 2017. Prior to this role, Raye held positions at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, Inc., including Deputy Managing Attorney and Staff Attorney, from 2010 to March 2017. Raye began the legal career as a legal intern at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection in early 2009, after completing a Certified Legal Internship at the Florida Coastal School of Law's Consumer Law Clinic. Raye's background also includes over a decade at AT&T, where Raye held various roles, including Technical Associate and Customer Service Supervisor. Raye holds a Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Florida.
