Bill Govern

Bill Govern serves as the Vice President of Finance for Grid Automation at Hubbell Incorporated since March 2020, contributing to a strategic team focused on new product development and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Bill held the position of Director of Sales and Operations Finance at Aclara, where responsibilities included financial planning and forecasting for multiple product lines across North America, South America, and Europe. Earlier experience includes a role as Manager of Financial Analysis at Foresight Energy, handling financial modeling and analysis, risk management, and investor relations, among other duties. Bill's finance career started at U.S. Bank, where roles included Portfolio Manager and Analyst. Bill earned an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Washington University in St. Louis and a BSBA in Finance and Banking from the University of Missouri.
