Bruce Kielgas

Bruce Kielgas is a Senior Engineering Manager at Hubbell Incorporated since September 2020, leading the power resistor division and overseeing the development of various resistor technologies, including neutral grounding resistors and dynamic braking systems. Prior to this role, Bruce served as the Director of Engineering at Regal Beloit Corporation from July 1995 to September 2020, where leadership spanned a global engineering team focused on custom motor development for the HVAC industry, including high-performance hermetic motors. Bruce holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both earned at Marquette University.
