Chelsea Moos

Chelsea Moos is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Team Manager and Diversity Specialist at Hubbell Incorporated, where Chelsea has been since September 2020, following the company's acquisition of Aclara. In this role, Chelsea leads a field-focused Talent Acquisition team and assumed leadership for diversity initiatives in December 2022. Prior to Hubbell, Chelsea worked at Aclara from May 2016 to September 2020, initially as a Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on mid-level to director-level talent in the utility sector, then progressing to Team Lead, where responsibilities included managing a team of remote specialists and overseeing full-cycle recruitment processes. Chelsea's career began at 2020 Companies, where from November 2011 to May 2016, Chelsea held the position of National Recruiter/Office Coordinator, managing recruitment for regional sales and previously worked as a Lead Data Entry Administrator, leading a team and ensuring data quality for telecommunications clients from June 2007 to June 2009.
