John A. Palermo is an experienced professional in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as the Segment Automation Leader at Hubbell Incorporated since June 2021. In this role, John focuses on driving transformative automation initiatives within manufacturing operations, leveraging advanced technologies such as custom robotics. Prior to this, John worked as the Engineering Manager at BURNDY LLC from August 2012 to June 2021, where responsibilities included managing electrical lug and connector production while implementing Lean manufacturing principles.
