Lily Ho

Lily Ho is a seasoned executive in the energy industry with extensive experience in strategic leadership and operations management. Currently serving as VP of Hubbell Utility Solutions Strategy at Hubbell Incorporated since January 2021, Lily previously held multiple leadership roles at Aclara, including VP of Commercial Operations and VP of Product Management for Electric. Lily's career began at GE Power, where a range of positions, such as Sales Director and Growth & Strategy Leader, involved oversight of significant sales operations and commercial efforts. Earlier roles at TransCanada Turbines and TransCanada provided foundational experience in project management and engineering. A graduate of Carleton University with a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering, Lily combines technical expertise with strong sales and operations acumen to drive growth and strategic initiatives in the utility sector.
