Nichole Ragsdale

Nichole Ragsdale is an accomplished professional with diverse experience spanning various roles in process development, supply chain management, and operations. Currently serving as a Process Development Coordinator at Hubbell Incorporated as part of the 3-year Hubbell Rotation Program, Nichole has successfully implemented cost-saving projects and developed supply chain resiliency strategies that safeguarded significant revenue. Previous roles include leading a supply chain project that achieved $500k in cost savings and conducting vendor evaluations for the Corporate Sourcing team. Nichole also gained valuable experience as an Operations Intern at Cherry Pick, a Purchasing Co-op at Bosch Rexroth, and an Innovation Fellow at The Hill Institute at Furman University, where efforts in program coordination and social media engagement led to notable achievements. Nichole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Furman University.
