Rajesh Balan is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in product development and team management. Currently serving as Product Engineering Manager and Head of Engineering & Innovation at Hubbell Incorporated since January 2013, Rajesh oversees a high-skilled team of over 120 design engineers across various domains including Electrical, Electronics, and Software. Prior experience includes roles such as Assistant Manager for Engineering & New Product Development at Volex, Team Leader at HP, and Senior Engineer - NPD at Cooper Bussmann. Educational qualifications include a B Tech in Electrical from Pondicherry University, an MBA from Alagappa University, and a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Elumalai Polytechnic College.
