Ingrid Faith Galvez

Ingrid Faith Galvez has extensive experience in management and customer service, currently serving as General Manager at Hubble Contacts since May 2017, with previous roles including Admin Manager for Customer Experience and Head Manager for Customer Service Experience. Additionally, Ingrid is a Senior Manager at Atidiv since October 2022 and has experience as a Customer Service Consultant from 2020 to January 2023, focusing on strategy, recruitment, CRM, and data analytics. Previously, Ingrid held the position of Advertisement Graphic Manager at Empassion from 2014 to 2016 and was Team Lead Manager at Business Network Long Distance, Inc. from October 2012 to June 2014. Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Architecture in Architectural Engineering from Ateneo de Davao University and additional qualifications from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and Ford Academy of Arts with a Bachelor of Arts.
