Brian Cutting

Brian Cutting has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the real estate industry. Brian started their career at SAP Labs in 2001 as a Project Manager, where they worked within the Small and Midsize Business Group. In 2006, they joined Woodside Homes as the Director of Purchasing, Land Assets & Entitlements, a position they held until 2010. During their time at Woodside Homes, they also worked as an Instructor at California State University, Chico. In 2010, Cutting joined Walmart as a Senior Real Estate Manager, where they provided analytical and logistical support to the Real Estate team and managed land acquisitions and entitlements for new stores. In 2012, they were promoted to Director of Real Estate at Walmart before leaving the company in 2013. That same year, they joined Woodside Homes as the Vice President of Land Acquisition. In this role, they acquired over 4,000 single-family lots and managed the development of 685 lots in Northern California. Brian also sourced land acquisition deals and presented projects for approval to the corporate governing board. In 2021, Cutting was promoted to Division President at Woodside Homes. In 2023, they became the President of Hubble Homes, LLC.

Brian Cutting earned an MBA in Marketing from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, graduating in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration / Marketing from California State University, Chico, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. Additionally, in May 2009, they received a certification as a Real Estate Broker from the California Department of Real Estate.
