Lance Low

Lance Low has worked in the finance industry since 2009. In 2009, they began their career at HSBC as an Audit & Operations Officer for Global Trade & Receivables Finance, where they managed facility local and foreign currency suspense accounts and client's non-checking accounts, as well as liaised with clients and relationship managers. In 2011, they moved to UOB as an Auditor in Commercial Banking, Factoring, where they liaised with prospective and existing clients to gather information before conducting a site survey/audit, verified invoice legitimacy and payment position, and compiled a detailed report with recommendations on the facility structure. In 2013, they returned to HSBC as an AVP for Global Trade & Receivables Finance, where they acquired and increased trade assets by offering tailored Receivables Finance facility to Middle Market and Large Corporate prospects, analyzed client's supply chain and proposed working capital solutions, and worked closely with RMs, Credit Approvers, Lawyers, Insurers, Brokers, etc. In 2016, they joined JEDTrade as Head of Trade and Supply Chain, where they advised and led all trade and supply chain projects on the business processes and product design, provided thought leadership in fintech, digitalization and blockchain technology for trade and supply chain, led business development, was a resident guest mentor for SMU's Profession Conversion Programme in Fintech and Innovation for Trade Finance, engaged with ecosystem networks, and led product engineering for proprietary dynamic discount platform and solution to prevent double financing of trade invoices. In 2022, they began working at Hubble as Head of Operations, where they spearhead and oversees the set up of Factoring Operations process and policy, establishes operations workflow from onboarding, client account set up, invoice processing, funding and collection, and sets up internal operational controls and monitoring.

Lance Low attended the Singapore Institute of Management from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
