Luu Nguyen

Luu Nguyen has over seven years of work experience in software engineering. In 2013, they began their career as an Associate Software Engineer at LARION Computing Ltd. where they used Ruby on Rails, Bootstrap to build Loyastic and Apotori. In 2014, they moved on to become a Software Engineer at Misfit Wearables, where they used Foundation, SASS, jQuery, Ruby on Rails and Python to connect with PostgreSQL and MongoDB to build Misfit's micro services. In 2015, they were a Software Engineer at HipVan | LIVE BETTER. In 2016, they became a Senior Software Engineer at honestbee. In 2018, they were a Senior Software Engineer at 90 Seconds, where they created several bugs by adding/integrating pronto and refactoring the whole code base. Currently, they are an Engineering Manager at Hubble, focused on building and running Vietnam engineering team. Theirday to day work includes hiring, administrating, mentoring, retaining, unblocking people, coordinating and aligning on development processes, team planning and delivery, and coding.

Luu Nguyen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from VNUHCM - University of Science between 2010 and 2014.
