Santosh Modawe has been working in the tech industry since 2014. Santosh began their career at Xtensible Software Technologies as a Software Engineer. In 2019, they joined HubEngage as a Team Lead and Senior Web Developer. At HubEngage, they work on a unified employee communication and engagement platform, driving a complete employee experience with targeted top-down and bottom-up features.

Santosh Modawe holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University in the field of Computer Science.
