Francisco Fraga

Francisco Fraga has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Francisco started their career in 1998 as an Electrical Engineer at Schultheis-Möckli AG. Francisco then worked as a Technical Sales Consultant and Customer Service representative at HUBER+SUHNER from 1999 to 2003. Following that, they joined Lenze Bachofen AG as a Technical Sales Consultant and Project Manager from 2003 to 2005. Francisco returned to HUBER+SUHNER in 2005, where they held various positions including Area Sales Manager and Sales Director Transportation until 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the North American Railway Market Manager at HUBER+SUHNER, Inc. Francisco has most recently been with HUBER+SUHNER since 2014, where they started as a Sales Partner Manager and subsequently held the roles of Sales Director LF, ESEA Region and Senior VP Sales Industrials.

Francisco Fraga completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Zurich between 2018 and 2020. In 2019, they also pursued Chinese Culture, Finance & Marketing studies at Fudan University. Additionally, in the same year, they attended the Yale School of Management for a course on Negotiation and Leadership. Previous to their higher education, Francisco earned an Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Technology Federal Certificate from Berufsbildungsschule Winterthur in 1998. In terms of further professional development, they completed various programs at NBW Betriebstwirtschaftliche Weiterbildung, including an Eidg. Dipl. Sales Director degree in Sales & Marketing (2005-2007), an Eidg. FA in Sales Coordination degree (2004-2005), and a Management School/Business Economics course (2003-2004). Francisco also attended the Bénédicte International Education Group for a Commercial School/Business Economics program in 1998-1999.
