Yasmin Nicoletti

Yasmin Nicoletti began their career in 2018 as a Help Desk - People Operations at Nubank. In this role, they were responsible for identifying bugs, creating FAQs, diagnosing development needs, analyzing data for usability and quality of responses, creating dashboards and reports. Yasmin also served as a Human Resources Assistant - Admission, responsible for preliminary admissions, developing internship plans, creating action plans for better Day1 experiences, and managing NuBabies WOWs. In 2022, they joined Hubla as an HR Generalist and a People Operations Analyst. In this role, they structured and implemented the Human Resources area, automated processes through software, implemented systems to automate vacation requests, approvals and rejections, and conducted the entire admission, dismissal and personal data update process.

Yasmin Nicoletti is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Human Resources Management at the Universidade Paulista. Prior to this, they obtained a specialization in Compensation and Benefits Management from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in 2022. Yasmin also earned a Bachelor of Technology in Marketing from the Universidade Anhembi Morumbi between 2018 and 2020. In April 2021, they obtained a certification in Business Intelligence from FIAP.
