Tamara Borovicanin

Tamara Borovicanin is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and development. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner for After-sales at Hublot since February 2020, Tamara ensures excellence in recruitment processes and cultivates strong relationships with Hiring Managers. Prior to this role, Tamara worked at Debiopharm International SA as a Talent Development Specialist and Talent Management Coordinator, where contributions included the establishment of a corporate talent review process and driving recruitment for trainee positions. Tamara also served as a Consultant Manager at Academic Work, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle across various sectors, and previously collaborated on research in the medical field as a Research Assistant at Université de Neuchâtel.
