Nikhil Wadhwa

Nikhil Wadhwa has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nikhil recently joined Hubpay in July 2022 as an Operational Risk Manager. Prior to that, they worked at American Express where they held multiple roles. From September 2021 to June 2022, they served as a Senior Manager, overseeing the implementation and governance of the Operational & Third Party Risk Management Framework. Nikhil also led quality assurance reviews and maintained internal policies and procedures. From July 2019 to August 2021, they worked as a Manager in Governance, Control & Compliance. As a Team Leader from August 2017 to June 2019, they focused on Vendor Risk Control & Compliance. Additionally, from July 2016 to July 2017, they worked as a Lead Commercial Underwriter, handling credit appraisal for clients in the US and Australia. Before joining American Express, they were a Credit Manager at Barclays Shared Services Pvt Ltd from August 2013 to July 2016, where they conducted pre-sanction credit analysis for corporate clients. Nikhil began their career at Central Bank of India in June 2012, where they served as the Manager-Credit, in charge of the Credit Department for Small and Medium Enterprises.

Nikhil Wadhwa pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Delhi University, completing it between 2007 and 2010. Nikhil later attended Symbiosis International University from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Banking and Finance.
