Tamar Shlimak is an accomplished investment professional with extensive experience in venture capital and business development. Currently serving as Investment Manager and Principal at hubraum since April 2023, Tamar was previously Principal at Stardom Ventures, focusing on early-stage Israeli media tech startups from June 2022 to April 2023. Tamar held the position of Director of Business Development at the Foreign Trade Administration within the Ministry of Economy & Industry from July 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included promoting trade and investment between Israel and the United States. Tamar co-founded PRforALL, an interactive platform for PR specialists, and served as CMO from February 2017 to February 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Business Development Manager at ProSeeder Technologies, where research and analysis of investor ecosystems were conducted. Educational qualifications include an MBA from NYU Stern, an MBA from Tel Aviv University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
