Pawel Gershkovich is the current head of product at Hubs. Pawel has also been the global head of product for Integrated Solutions at GfK from 2016 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for product strategy for GfK's Integrated Solutions portfolio in over 20 countries. This included syndicated cross media marketing effectiveness and (programmatic) marketing tech / ad tech products for CPG and media clients.
Gershkovich recruited and led a cross-functional, international team of product managers that owned the backlog for an agile release train with 80+ engineers and data scientists. Pawel also drove the implementation of product management best practices, frameworks, tools and strategies. In addition, they worked closely with the VP Technology & Operations and VP Sales to align product strategy with client needs and foster business growth. Furthermore, they led the Media Measurement Portfolio Steering Board that made strategic investment and partnership decisions.
Under their leadership, sales of international marketing effectiveness and data activation projects increased significantly. Pawel was also instrumental in applying the Scaled Agile Framework and owned all processes for backlog and stakeholder management. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, Gershkovich has been able to successfully navigate complex product portfolios and help organizations achieve their goals.
