Caitlin Dwyer

Caitlin Dwyer is a seasoned Account Executive with extensive experience in sales and account management. Currently at HubSpot since June 2025, Caitlin previously excelled at Workiz as the Enterprise Account Executive from September 2023 to June 2025, achieving recognition as the #1 Account Executive for ARR in 2023 and 2024, along with awards for Highest Achiever and Rising Star. Prior experience includes significant roles at Kandji, where Caitlin focused on enterprise sales development, and at memoryBlue, specializing in lead generation for notable clients. Caitlin also contributed to Amazon as a Transportation Area Manager, overseeing operations and team development. An alumnus of California State University, Chico, Caitlin holds a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Organizational Communication and Public Affairs, complemented by double minors in International Studies and Religion.
