Jacob Lopez possesses a robust background in workforce planning, analytics, and people strategy, currently serving as Team Lead for Workforce Planning and Senior System Analyst at HubSpot since September 2021. Prior experience includes managing People Analytics at Rackspace, where significant contributions involved driving strategic projects, data consultations, and leading a global reporting team. Jacob's earlier roles include Data Fellow at the Connecticut RISE Network and Project Manager for Pension Tracker at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research.
